Founder & Mortgage Adviser
Jamie has been in the mortgage industry for around 14 years and is the founder of Strive, still heavily involved as an adviser alongside running the business.
He works across the whole of the mortgage market — first-time buyers, home movers, remortgages and buy to let — with particular depth in self-employed and company director cases. After this long there aren’t many scenarios that come as a surprise, though the enthusiasm hasn’t gone anywhere since his first day in the industry.
He started Strive wanting to build something better than the usual mortgage experience. Clients seem to agree — we’re now past 300 five-star reviews on Trustpilot and Google, which Jamie rates above anything else Strive has done.
Property is a genuine interest beyond the day job. Jamie follows the market closely and usually has a project of his own on the go. Away from the desk you will rarely see him off the padel court or the tennis court. The rest of his time goes on his family, and most of what is left goes on watching football and boxing.

Greg brings a wealth of experience to our team, having served as a Lloyds bank manager for 15 years before becoming a mortgage adviser. His extensive knowledge of the financial industry equips him to provide exceptional guidance to clients navigating the mortgage landscape. Outside of work, Greg spends time with his family. An avid Chelsea football fan, he enjoys both playing and watching football, as well as golf and cricket.
